About us

What we do, and what we do not

An empty, bright consultation room with two chairs and a low table by a large window.

What we do

  • Assemble and price diagnostic packages ourselves, so you buy one product instead of negotiating with a hospital billing department.
  • Place an interpreter beside you at every appointment, including the consent conversations where misunderstanding actually matters.
  • Have every report translated by medical translators, not machine-translated, and consolidated into one document.
  • Explain the results to you on video, in your language, with findings sorted into normal, monitor, and act now.
  • Prepare a referral-ready handover for your own doctor at home, with DICOM imaging they can actually open.
  • Stay reachable for six months afterwards for questions about your report.

What we do not do

  • We do not practise medicine. We do not diagnose, we do not treat, and we do not tell you to stop a medication — that is your prescriber's decision.
  • We do not publish clinic or doctor names. You are told the facility in writing before you travel; we do not run a directory and we do not sell placement in one.
  • We do not take commission for steering you toward treatment in Korea. If a finding needs treating, we prepare the file for home just as readily.
  • We do not promise insurance reimbursement. We give you an itemised invoice and you check with your insurer.
  • We do not collect your medical history before you have paid and given explicit consent, because we do not need it before then.

How we are paid

You pay us one price and we pay the clinic. Our margin is inside the package price and it does not change with what is found or what you decide to do about it. We have no referral fee arrangement that would reward sending you for more procedures, and if you ask us what our margin is on your package, we will tell you.

The facilities we use

Every clinic we work with holds Korean national healthcare accreditation and operates an international patient department. We assign the facility that fits your package, your dates and, where relevant, your findings. You receive its name, address and accreditation in your written confirmation before you book a flight.
