What is stored without consent

• Your language preference, so the site does not reset to English on every page. Set by the routing layer, strictly necessary under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.
• Your cart, in your browser's local storage: identifiers and quantities only. Strictly necessary for the function you asked for, and it contains nothing personal.
• Your answer to the consent banner, so we do not ask again. Storing the record of a refusal is itself necessary.
• If you have created an account and signed in, one cookie holding your signed session, for 30 days. It is strictly necessary — it is the only thing that keeps you signed in — and it contains your email address and an expiry, signed so it cannot be altered, and nothing else. Signing out deletes it.

What requires your consent

Aggregate page-view statistics, and Google Analytics 4 where it is enabled. Nothing is loaded until you accept: the script is never inserted into the page, so no request is made to it at all. Google Analytics runs with Google Signals and advertising personalisation switched off, which keeps it audience measurement rather than an advertising tool.

What we do not use

• No advertising pixel on any package or test page, ever. The address of such a page — /packages/cancer-early-detection — would tell an advertising network which illness you were reading about, and that is health data about you under Article 9. This exclusion is enforced in the code, not by policy.
• No conversion event that carries what you were looking at. When an enquiry is submitted we record that one was, and through which channel — never which services or packages you chose.
• No session recording, no heatmaps, no device fingerprinting.
• No data broker, no retargeting network, no lookalike audience.

Changing your mind

Clearing this site's data in your browser removes the stored decision and the banner appears again. We will also act on a written request to admin.doctorsvilla@gmail.com.
