How it works

How it works

Six stages, written as you will experience them. Each one says who does the work and how long it takes.

A quiet Seoul street in the early morning, seen from a hotel entrance.
Most patients arrive the day before the first appointment. The hotel is within walking distance of the clinic.
  1. Stage 1 · Within 24 hours of your enquiry

Before you fly: a free online consultation

We confirm which diagnostic package fits your current situation and give you a personal plan for the trip and the examination.

    • The consultation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Its purpose is to match the examination to your actual concern rather than to sell you the largest package.
    • Every package price is already on this site, so you are never in the position of needing a call simply to learn what something costs.
    • You leave the consultation with a written plan: which examinations, on which days, how long you need to be in Seoul, and what the total is.

    We handle this

  2. Stage 2 · Day of arrival

    Arrival in Seoul

Your manager meets you at Incheon. A private car takes you straight to your accommodation — no taxis, no apps, no language barrier.

    • The transfer is by private car in both directions, airport to accommodation and back. This is the part of the trip where tiredness and an unfamiliar alphabet cost the most time, so we remove it.
    • Your manager is reachable on your phone from this point until you are home again.
    • Accommodation is within reach of the clinic. Most patients arrive the day before the first appointment, which also settles the time difference before anything is measured.

    We handle this

  3. Stage 3 · 1–2 days on site

    The day of the examination

Transfer from your hotel to the clinic, where your personal manager meets you and stays with you from the first form to the last appointment, translating every step.

    • You are not handed a schedule and left to find rooms. Someone walks the corridors with you.
    • Interpreting covers the consent forms as well as the consultations. Signing a document you cannot read is the single worst moment in medical travel, and it is avoidable.
    • The examinations themselves are performed by the clinic’s own physicians and technicians. We arrange, interpret and accompany; we do not diagnose.
Three pairs of hands at a consultation table, one pointing at a document.
  4. Stage 4 · 1–7 working days, per package

    Results, translated and explained

Transfer back to your hotel, then your results: electronically, printed, translated into your language, and explained in person by a physician you can ask questions.

    • How long depends on the package: some results are ready the next working day, the most extensive take up to seven.
    • You receive them in three forms — a digital file, a printed set, and a translation into your own language or English, prepared by a medical translator rather than by software.
    • The debrief is a conversation, not a handover. A physician goes through the findings with you and answers what you ask, with your manager interpreting.
    • You leave with a document your own doctor at home can act on.

    We handle this

  5. Stage 5 · Only if something is found

Treatment and recovery, if you choose it

If the clinic recommends treatment or an operation, you are accompanied and interpreted for throughout it and through recovery. Whether to stay is entirely your decision.

    • Nothing here is automatic and nothing is pushed. A recommendation from the clinic is information, and the decision to act on it in Korea, at home, or not yet, is yours.
    • If you do stay, the same manager stays with you: appointments, interpreting, transfers, and contact with the ward.
    • If you would rather be treated at home, you leave with everything your own physician needs to continue.
  6. Stage 6 · Throughout your recovery

    After you are home

Your manager stays in contact for the whole recovery period and coordinates with your own doctor on any question that comes up.

    • If you were treated in Korea, the people who treated you are reachable through us, in a language your doctor at home can work in.
    • Questions that arise weeks later — a medication, a wound, a follow-up interval — are answered by the clinic rather than guessed at.
    • A repeat examination a year later picks up from your previous results, not from a blank page.

    We handle this

That is the whole process

There is no stage we have left out and no fee that appears later. The first stage is a free consultation and it takes about twenty minutes.
