Fertility investigation is usually spread over months of separate appointments, and usually examines one partner first. This examines both in the same days: ovarian reserve, tubal patency and uterine anatomy on one side, a full semen analysis with DNA fragmentation on the other. The report states where you actually stand and what each realistic option would involve — including waiting, which is sometimes the right answer.

How to prepare

You receive this as a dated countdown after booking, timed to your flight. Preparation is where most checkups fail, so we do not leave it to a generic PDF.
