Most cardiovascular risk is calculated from a questionnaire. This package measures it: calcium in your coronary arteries, plaque in your carotids, how your heart behaves under load, and the lipid subfractions a standard cholesterol test misses. You leave with a 10-year risk estimate built on imaging, not assumptions.

How to prepare

You receive this as a dated countdown after booking, timed to your flight. Preparation is where most checkups fail, so we do not leave it to a generic PDF.

  1. 01Fast for 8 hours; take your blood-pressure medication as usual unless told otherwise
  2. 02No caffeine for 12 hours before the stress test
  3. 03Bring trainers and comfortable clothing for the treadmill
  4. 04Tell us about iodine or contrast allergy before booking
