How to prepare

You receive this as a dated countdown after booking, timed to your flight. Preparation is where most checkups fail, so we do not leave it to a generic PDF.

  2. 02Book outside your period if possible — cervical cytology is unreliable during bleeding
  3. 03No vaginal creams, lubricant or intercourse for 48 hours before cytology
  4. 04Tell us if you are or may be pregnant: mammography and DEXA will be deferred
